This hotel is pretty horrible. There is no parking. And I mean no parking. There is some street parking that is free after 5pm, but you could end up walking for awhile once you find a free spot. They have a gym, but the gym is in the mall that the hotel is attached to. Absolutely bizarre. No breakfast currently (not even coffee). I was lulled to sleep by the drunk people screaming up and down the street all afternoon and evening. Comfy beds though.
Worst experience of a hotel in Yellowknife. The room was not to satisfaction with issues all around, the staff at the front desk was unable to assist me with my issues, and I didn't even get any sleep there. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, there are much better options in Yellowknife.
Stayed in room 219 right across a facilities room with staffs banging the door through day and night. They woke you up in the early morning when you are catching some sleep after staying late for aurora. Hot water for shower is limited and had to finish my shower witj vold water every night. Room needs renovation. Overpriced with poor service. Will never choose this place again.
The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Even though we were only there in the building to buy some stuff in the store, they greeted us with big smile on their face! And the environment is very welcoming, clean, and tidy! Will definitely go there again
Nice for a northern hotel. Good shower. But the shuttle for the airport just drove right on by, I was even early...
