Try avoiding them at all cost. Booked their ice fishing tour, late for 5 mins coz of checking out and they were gone. Even though they have your room number and phone number they dont bother to call, not even once. Ruin our entire day. When I call to confirm she even accuses you being late for 5 mins, all they can do is full refund no make up plan then you are on your own. Really bad altitude and customer service. Please go to other tour company at all cost.
