Had a prostat command start installed. It was finished within 4 hours of asking to make an appointment! The next morning it wasn't working anymore, so I brought it back and Ken fixed it right there with no extra cost to me. Staff was super friendly and the job was done quickly.
Worst experience I've ever had. Ken was not professional at all, he did not do the work he had promised. Charged me for the parts and services, and kept my car over two weeks when the estimated time initially was two days. In the end he told me to bring my car somewhere else to get fixed, cause he was unable to find out what's wrong. When I asked him for a refund, since the car was the exact same way as I had brought it in, if not worse, and nothing was solved, he did not give me the money back, and I had to go to court and file to get my money back. Definitely doesn't know what he's doing, and I would discourage anyone even considering to go here. I would rate negative stars if I could.***UPDATE***So I've just read Ken's response to my review... I'm sure Ken, you wouldn't mind if I posted the court's settlement statement in my favour here and the cheque you made out to me for the refund amount for everyone else to see, after all it was against my "scam" and in your favor. That way the public can be aware of the true reality.
Took my car in on a Sunday, which was convenient for me. Had a command start set up on it and showed me all its features. Good work done.
I brought my car in to install a Pro Start Car starter. I have had my vehicle for 5 years and thought it was about time to have this done. When he brought it into the shop, he discovered that there was a factory installed car starter that I was unaware of. He showed me how it works and would not take any money for educating my on my own ignorance. Thanks Ken, I really appreciate your honesty. I'll be back.
Would not recommend, he scammed my drive shaft after telling me my vehicle was no longer able to drive 4x4. Few months later brought it to the dealership and reasons why my AWD light kept going on is because I'm missing a DRIVE SHAFT. Than when I asked him he had a record of the work he did on the receipt he says no it's gone when legally it's supposed to be kept for a few years also I told him I wasnt paying for overpriced unfinished work and when he mentioned it and remembered the exact price. Pathetic. #SCAMARTIST
